Acceptable Use

You may use Stridak for its intended purpose: setting personal goals, tracking daily micro-actions, and monitoring your progress across 90-day cycles.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the application
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service

Accounts

To use Stridak, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

Account cancellation will be available through the app's settings. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & Payments

Stridak operates on a freemium model:

• Free (after trial): complete your daily micro-action, submit Night Score, edit your identity profile, and renew 90-day cycles. Pro features (multiple areas, bonus actions, analytics) require a subscription
• Pro plan: multiple areas (3+), bonus actions, full cycle history, unlimited journey timeline, momentum analysis, and AI-powered onboarding

New users receive a 21-day free trial with full Pro access. After the trial, core features continue working for free. Pro features require a subscription.

Pro pricing: $4.99/month or $19.99/year (early adopter, limited to 300 spots) / $29.99/year (regular). Brazilian pricing: R$ 29,90/mês or R$ 129,90/ano (early adopter) / R$ 199,90/ano (regular).

Early adopter pricing: The early adopter annual price ($19.99/year or R$ 129,90/ano) is locked forever as long as you maintain an active, continuous subscription. If you cancel and your subscription expires, re-subscribing will be at the regular annual price.

Refund policy: In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC, Art. 49), you have the right to a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to Stridak are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your content: Goals, identity statements, micro-actions, and any other content you create within the app remain your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stridak and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Stridak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but accept no responsibility for temporary outages or data loss beyond our control.

General

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Stridak after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Brazil.
